Easter Morning

Easter this year was quiet.  We went to church, relaxed at home, and had dinner at home.  It was great, just quiet.
The kids had fun having Easter egg hunts all day.  And eating way too much candy.

Parker, Kate, Elle, and Lauren digging into their candy

Elle loving that she can eat a peice of candy Before breakfast.

Kate loves her silly butterfly glasses.

This is the best picture we could get.  The kids were a bit hyped up on sugar.

Easter Egg Hunt

We went to an Easter egg hunt at the Pitchers house the day before Easter.  It was great and the kids had a great time.  They got a ton of candy.
And after the Easter egg hunt we had a bbq.
Thank you Pitchers for a great day!

Wingaersheek

It should be obvious by the number of pictures I posted that the beach is one of our favorite places!
We especially love Wingaersheek in Gloucester, Ma for exploring. Even though there are no waves at this beach, so it is no good for boogie boarding.  There are huge rocks to climb on and a sand bar to walk out to.   That's why we LOVE it!

Each kid brought a bag to collect shells

If you wiggle your feet they sink down into the sand

Valentines food

When the kids got home from school on Valentines Day, this is the snack that I had ready for them. English Muffin pizza with heart shaped peperoni.
They thought it was so fun.

And for dessert we had Individual Chocolate Lava Cakes.
Yummy!

Paintball

For Dustin's Birthday he bought a bunch of paintball guns and all the gear. Parker and Dustin really love it.

Elle wanted a turn shooting the gun

Lauren is not quiet as excited to shoot a paintball gun

We were trying to get Lauren to get used to it and see that it's not so bad.  So I dressed up in a few layers and ran out into the woods to let Lauren and Parker shoot me.
Parker loved it, Lauren still not so much.

This is me after the kids shot me. All I'm saying is YES it does hurt!  But it is worth it.

Dustin and I went Night Paint balling, but have no pictures of that.  I was a lot of fun!
